The Karnataka PGCET is a state level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) every year. 1. Karnataka PGCET 2021 Application Form will be made available from 3rd week of May 2021.
2. Candidates will be able to fill the online application by the first week of June 2021.
3. While registering for Karnataka PGCET, students have to provide their name, date of birth and other necessary details for which they are applying.
4. Candidates should be prepared with scanned images of photograph, signature and thumb impression while uploading the picture.
5. Students are advised to fill the complete details in the form correctly and check it again after filling the application and no correction will be allowed after the final submission of the form.
6. Applications will be rejected on multiple applications. So candidates have to fill only one application form.
7. Students who have passed GATE will have to fill the application form to apply for M.Arch / M.Tech/ M.E admission. Such candidates can apply through GATE score and they are not required to appear for the entrance examination.
8. After the application process is complete, students have to print the application form and proof of payment. Printed application and proof of payment should be retained for future reference.

Karnataka PGCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Karnataka PGCET Eligibility Criteria Candidates should check before applying for admission to various courses:
General Eligibility:
1. The candidate should be a citizen of India.
2. Karnataka State candidates must be resident of Karnataka to get reservation.
3. Non-local people who are candidates of other state can also apply for Karnataka PGCET but they will not be eligible for reservation.
Qualifications For M.E /M. Tech/ M. Arch Course:
Must have passed B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent degree from a recognized board or university. And at the same time the student should get minimum 50% marks (45% for ST / SC / OBC category of Karnataka state).
Educational Qualification for GATE Candidates:
Students applying through national level marks must have a valid GATE score card. Only then will they be eligible for it.
Educational Qualification For MCA Course:
Candidate should have passed UG degree with Mathematics / Statistics / Computer. Also, if the candidate does not belong to the reserved category, then the candidate should have secured 50% marks in graduation. And 45% marks are required for the reserved category, and the student must pass a bachelor's degree with Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Applications, Business Mathematics and Business Statistics as a subject at graduation.

Candidates should have a three-year bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board or university. Also, if the candidate does not belong to the reserved category, then the candidate should have secured 50% marks in graduation. And 45% marks are required for reserved category,
Karnataka PGCET 2021 Exam Pattern

1. Karnataka PGCET entrance exam will be conducted through offline mode. The answer is to mark the students on an OMR sheet with a pen.
2. 2 hours and 30 minutes will be provided to complete the paper.
3. The language of the examination paper will be English.
4. The paper will consist of multiple choice questions.
5. The paper will be of 100 marks for each course.
6. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. 1 mark will be given for each correct answer.

PGCET 2021 Syllabus For ME/ M. Tech/ M. Arch :
The syllabus for the entrance examination will be determined according to the branch chosen by the candidates. The technical course will consist of 60 questions in the paper, the remaining questions will be from Arithmetic and Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English.
PGCET 2021 Syllabus For MCA:
The MCA syllabus for the entrance exam will include General English, General Awareness, Computer Awareness, Analytical ability and Logical Reasoning and Mathematics questions.

Karnataka PGCET 2021 Answer Key
Answer Key Online mode of KEA PGCET 2021 will be made available on the website. Answer Key will be released in the second week of July 2021. After the release of Answer Key, candidates will also be able to file objections related to Answers.
Objections can be lodged within three days after publishing Answer Key. Students are advised to lodge objections before the last date as objections received after the last date will not be considered by the board.
Karnataka PGCET 2021 Result
Karnataka PGCET 2021 Result will be announced in the third week of August 2021. Candidates will be able to download their result using their roll number and other details.
To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a rank and qualify by obtaining cut off marks. Tie breaking criteria method will be used in case of candidates scoring equal marks.
The authority will issue merit list for all courses prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination.
Karnataka PGCET 2021 Counselling
Karnataka PGCET 2021 Counseling will be conducted in online mode. Counseling will be held through the first week of September 2021. Candidates can check the Counseling schedule on the website. Students have to bring their original documents and certificates for verification.
