Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Assistant Engineer/Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech or AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks for UR/OBC, 60% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 55% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
   • Assistant Engineer/Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech or AMIE in Civil Engineering with similar marks criteria.
   • Assistant Engineer/Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech or AMIE in IT/Computer Science Engineering with similar marks criteria.
   • Accounts Officer: CA/CMA/ICWA or MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) with 60% marks for UR/OBC, 55% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 50% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
   • Manager (HR)/Management Executive: MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) with similar marks criteria.
   • Law Officer/Manager (Law): Full-time Law Graduate with 60% marks for UR/OBC, 55% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 50% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
   • Welfare Officer: Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management/MBA (HR)/MBA (Personnel). LLB degree holders get an additional 5 marks.
   • Medical Officer: MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.
   • Shift Chemist: MSc (Chemistry) with 65% marks for UR/OBC, 60% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 55% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
2. Age Limit:
   • Minimum Age: 21 years as of 01-01-2025.
   • Maximum Age:
     • 40 years for male applicants (Unreserved) and applicants from other states.
     • 45 years for female applicants (Unreserved) from MP, government employees, and reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD).
3. Experience:
   • Departmental contractual candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the respective field are eligible to apply.

Selection Process

1. Online Application: Candidates must apply online through the MPOnline portal. The application fee is Rs. 1200 for UR candidates and Rs. 600 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD candidates.
2. Online Examination: The selection will be based on an online examination consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with no negative marking. The exam will be conducted in various cities across Madhya Pradesh.
3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
4. Walk-in for PWD Candidates: Specially abled (PWD) candidates will be selected based on their qualifications and document verification without appearing for the online exam.

Reservation Policy

• Reservation for Contract Employees: 50% of the vacancies are reserved for contractual employees with at least 5 years of experience.

Training and Probation

• Training Period: 1 year for all posts except Medical Officer. During training, candidates will receive a stipend equal to the entry-level pay of the respective cadre.

Service Agreement and Bond

• Bond Amount: Rs. 2,00,000 for UR candidates and Rs. 1,00,000 for reserved category candidates. The bond is valid for the training period and 3 years post-training. If the candidate resigns during this period, the bond amount will be recovered.

Pay Scale and Allowances

• After successful training, candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 (Level-12) as per the MP government’s pay matrix. DA, HRA, and other allowances will be applicable as per company rules.
