    • Accounts Officer: CA/CMA/ICWA or MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) with 60% marks for UR/OBC, 55% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 50% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
    • Manager (HR)/Management Executive: MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) with similar marks criteria.
    • Law Officer/Manager (Law): Full-time Law Graduate with 60% marks for UR/OBC, 55% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 50% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
    • Welfare Officer: Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management/MBA (HR)/MBA (Personnel). LLB degree holders get an additional 5 marks.
    • Medical Officer: MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.
    • Shift Chemist: MSc (Chemistry) with 65% marks for UR/OBC, 60% for employees of MPSEB successor companies, and 55% for SC/ST/PWD/EWS.
  2. Age Limit:
    • Minimum Age: 21 years as of 01-01-2025.
    • Maximum Age:
      • 40 years for male applicants (Unreserved) and applicants from other states.
      • 45 years for female applicants (Unreserved) from MP, government employees, and reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD).
  3. Experience:

Selection Process

  1. Online Application: Candidates must apply online through the MPOnline portal. The application fee is Rs. 1200 for UR candidates and Rs. 600 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD candidates.
  2. Online Examination: The selection will be based on an online examination consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with no negative marking. The exam will be conducted in various cities across Madhya Pradesh.
  3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
  4. Walk-in for PWD Candidates: Specially abled (PWD) candidates will be selected based on their qualifications and document verification without appearing for the online exam.
