NFR Railway Recruitment 2024: This is a great opportunity for the candidates who want to do a job in Railways. Actually, Northern Frontier Railway has released vacancies for more than 5600 vacant posts of apprentice shift. Under this recruitment drive issued by Railways, online application form will be available till 3 December 2024 on the official website. Can be filled by visiting nfr.indianrailways.gov.in
These appointments will be made by Northern Frontier Railway for many trades including carpenter, fitter, welder, painter, electrician, electronics mechanic, turner, machinist, wireman. Women and men from all states can fill the application form for these posts. This recruitment will be done without any written examination in which the candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
However, the merit list for Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Technician will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + 12th in Science side (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
Application fee and age limit:
The fee for the application form for apprenticeship in Northern Frontier Railway has been kept at only ₹ 100 and no contribution of any kind is required for SC, ST, Disabled, EWS and women candidates.
You can pay the fee online through any medium. Talking about the age limit, youth of minimum 15 and maximum 24 years of age should fill their application form and calculate the age as base on 16th September 2024.
The maximum age limit will be relaxed by three years for OBC category, five years for SC/ST category candidates and ten years for disabled people.
Northern Frontier Railway Recruitment Eligibility:
To fill the application form, candidates who have passed 10th from any recognized board and have a degree and diploma in the relevant trade can fill the application form.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in ITI and 10th, 50-50 percent weightage will be given to both the classes.
The Employer will not be bound to offer any employment to any Trainee after the completion of the training nor will the Trainee be bound to accept any employment offered by the Employer.
