New rules and important things of ration card
- Aadhaar Seeding is mandatory: Now all ration card holders are required to link the Aadhaar card of all themselves and all family members with ration cards. Ration card without Aadhaar linking will not benefit.
- Biometric Authentication: Aadhaar based biometric verification will be necessary at the time of ration distribution.
