newsjobmp-Out of total 150 marks in Madhya Pradesh SET examination, the minimum marks for general category candidates were fixed at 40% (60 marks) and for reserved category OBC, SC/ST and disabled people of Madhya Pradesh, the minimum marks were fixed at 35% (52.5). 35 percent reservation will be fixed for women in the released results.
- According to the new instructions of the University Grants Commission, 06 percent of the number of candidates appearing in the examination will be determined as qualifying number (slot).
- In the first phase, 06 percent of the number of candidates who first appeared in the examination will be determined as qualifying number (slots).
- In the second phase, 06 percent of the total qualifying numbers (slots) obtained in the first phase will be allotted qualifying numbers (slots) according to the reservation percentage determined for various categories as per the reservation policy of Madhya Pradesh Government (as per the updated instructions of Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department). The following minimum qualification percentage of unreserved category and reserved category candidates appearing in the tax examination will be reserved for the categories. - The results of the State Eligibility Test- 2024 will be declared as per the reservation policy/rules of Madhya Pradesh Government (as per the updated instructions of Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department). In this context, currently the case of reservation for Other Backward Classes is under consideration in the Honorable Court. Due to this, the result of 87 percent of the total slots subject wise will be declared, the remaining 13 percent slots will be declared after the decision of the Honorable Court.

The number of candidates obtained subject wise and category wise will be determined by the following formula: Number of candidates of the subject who have obtained the minimum qualification in that category —-

- (A) If the percentage in determining the qualifying number (slot) is obtained in decimal then –
- (a) If the qualifying percentage is less than 1 and in decimal then it will be considered as one. www.studytoper.in
- (b) If the qualifying percentage is more than 1, it will be adjusted to the nearest whole number.
- (B) If the percentage result of calculation of slot division in subject-wise categories and sections is obtained in decimal, the decimal digits before 0.5 will be adjusted in the preceding integer and if 0.5 and above, it will be adjusted in its subsequent integer.
- MPPSC will issue electronic certificates to the candidates found qualified in the State Eligibility Test- 2024 on the basis of the information provided by them at the time of online application form.
- Provisional Electronic Certificate will be issued to the candidates who have not acquired the qualifying educational qualification till the date of application and have passed the State Eligibility Test.
