Haryana Happy Card Yojana: A new scheme has been started by the Haryana government for Antyodaya families. The name of the scheme we are talking about is Haryana Happy Card Scheme. The Haryana government has announced a ‘Happy Card’ for families with annual income up to Rs 1 lakh 80 thousand under the Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Transport Scheme.
Will be able to travel free for thousand kilometers
After making this card, the beneficiary will get the benefit of 1000 km free travel every year. Under this scheme, 84 lakh people of 22.89 lakh families in Haryana will be benefited. The scheme was announced by former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. About 600 crore rupees will be spent by the Haryana government for this scheme. According to the plan, 6 members of Antyodaya family will be given a significant mobility cards.

Antyodaya families of Haryana will get benefit
Through Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Transport Scheme, beneficiaries will be connected to the e-ticketing system to enjoy free travel in Haryana Roadways Buses, and a smart card (Happy Card) will be issued. Under the scheme, a separate happy card of every family member will be made. For a happy card, the beneficiary will have to pay ₹ 50 fees, in addition to which the cost of the card will be ₹ 109 and the government will bear a fee of ₹ 79 for annual maintenance.
Eligibility for Haryana Happy Card
- The applicant should be a native of Haryana to take advantage of the scheme.
- Under this scheme, families whose annual income is less than one lakh 80 thousand rupees will be provided benefits.
- The families who fall in the Antyodaya category will be eligible to take advantage of this scheme.
- To take advantage, it is mandatory to have income verification in the family identity card of the family.

How to apply
- If you want to apply for Happy Card, then first you have to go to the official website of Haryana Transport Department.
- Here on the home page, you have to click on the option of “Apply for Happy Card”.
- Now the family identity card number will have to be entered and the captcha code will have to be recorded.
- Now click on the option of “Send OTP” and OTP will have to verify.
- After the OTP is verified, the information of all the family members will be displayed in front of you.
- Now you have to select the member whose Happy Card to apply.
- Now the mobile number and Aadhaar card number will have to be entered.
- After this, you have to enter the captcha code and click on the option of “Send OTP”.
- Now OTP will be sent from Aadhaar to register number, which will have to be filled and verified.
- Now click on the option of “Apply”.
- In this way you will be able to apply for Happy Card.
- 15 days after applying, you can go to your nearest roadways office and take Happy Card.
