GPSC Assistant Inspector Vacancy: Public Service Commission, Gujarat has invited applications for 153 posts of Assistant Inspector (Motor Vehicle). Under this recruitment drive, both men and women can apply for the recruitment of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector Class-3 and Port and Transport Department Class-3.

The age of the candidates has been fixed between 19-35 years, although relaxation in the upper age limit has been provided to reserved categories. Age will be calculated as on the last date of application.

Salary:
Candidates will be given a fixed salary of Rs 49,600 per month for 5 years and after 5 years, they will get a salary of Rs 39900 to Rs 1,26,600 per month as per the seventh pay scale.
Assistant Inspector Recruitment Qualification:
Candidate from recognized university. Must have Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical or Auto Mechanical and should have knowledge of both Gujarati and Hindi languages. For more information download the notification given below
Selection will be based on prelims exam and medical test. Also, the candidate should have a license to drive a geared motorcycle and light motor vehicle.
