Now parents will be able to easily get their children’s Aadhaar card made within a year and get the necessary corrections done.
First Class Magistrate for verification:
It has been clarified in the order that if the birth or death is not registered within a year, then registration will be allowed to be done with the First Class Magistrate or Presidency Magistrate for verification.
However, it is also mentioned that most of the parents get their children’s Aadhar card made within a year. But, in some cases, especially for babies who are born at home rather than in a hospital, the lack of a birth certificate creates difficulty in getting an Aadhaar card made.
