MP SET Exam 2024– Necessary instructions and format of OMR sheet have been issued by Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission in relation to MP State Eligibility Test (SET) to be held on 15-12-2024. Candidates should read these instructions carefully before the examination, otherwise they may face problems.
Necessary instructions regarding MPPSC Madhya Pradesh State Eligibility Test|MP SET Exam 15-12-2024|
MPPSC MP SET exam will be held on 15 December 2024. Instructions have been issued regarding this, its main information is as follows.
- Candidates must compulsorily bring the admit card for entry into the examination centre/room.
- In addition to the admit card, the candidate must bring with him any one of the following valid original photo identity cards. Entry into the examination hall will not be allowed without valid identity card. (Valid identity cards – i. Voter ID card, ii. Aadhaar card, iii. PAN card, iv. Service identity card with photo issued by Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Local Body/other employers, v. Passport, vi. Bank passbook with photograph, vii. Photo identity card issued by the head of the educational institution, ix. Identity card with photograph attested by a gazetted officer.
- Candidates should reach the examination center one hour before the scheduled time of the examination. Entry into the examination hall will be from 11:15 am to 11:55 am. The main gate of the examination center will be closed 5 minutes before the start of the examination. Entry into the examination hall after 12:00 noon will be prohibited.
- Candidates will sign the attendance sheet in the examination hall and will put their left thumb impression or in case of absence of left hand thumb, their right hand thumb impression at the designated place.
- Any type of communication device like mobile phone, pager and calculator (of any type) etc. is completely prohibited in the examination hall/room. If a candidate has pencil, eraser, whitener, mobile/any type of communication device in the examination hall/room, a case of use of unfair means will be registered. The candidates appearing in the said examination will be thoroughly examined before the examination. For the information of the candidates, the information about prohibited items is as follows – To prevent the use of electronic devices in the examination, entry into the examination hall wearing shoes and socks will be prohibited. Candidates can come wearing slippers and sandals. Entry into the examination hall with face covered will be prohibited. Accessories like hair clutches/buckles, watches, metallic/leather bands worn on the wrist, belts worn on the waist, sunglasses, purse/wallet, hats, amulets etc. are prohibited.
- Your eligibility for the examination is purely provisional. If at any stage after the result it is found that you have concealed any material information from the Commission, your eligibility will be terminated.
- Question papers will be objective type and the examination will be conducted through offline method. R. Will be sheet based.
- O.M.R. Make sure to sign at the designated place on the sheet. O.M.R. Use of pencil, eraser and whitener on the sheet is completely prohibited. If these items are found with the candidate, a case of Unfair Means (U.F.M.) will be registered. newsjobmp
- Apart from the space provided for any rough work during the examination, no marks or symbols of any kind should be made in the question paper booklet, otherwise UFM action will be taken.
- Candidates whose photo and signature in the online admit card are not clear or missing or incorrect as per their online application form, such candidates must compulsorily appear before the center head of the allotted examination center one working day before the examination day (the above procedure is given below). - Candidates will be allowed to take only the following items with them to the examination hall – transparent water bottle and ordinary transparent black ball point pen and essential medicines.
- Making any kind of change in the admit card by the candidate comes under the category of crime.
- This is an eligibility test. Therefore, no candidate will be eligible for traveling allowance.
