Sleep Paralysis In Modern Science:-

Analytical theory:

Research on ‘sleep paralysis’ continues to this day; but to date modern science has not been able to make a clear and definitive assessment of its process, however the variety of assumptions presented for the possible analysis of a variety of symptoms are as follows:
People who are always tense, relive the dreaded events of their past with sleep paralysis.
 These are illusions like dreams.
These symptoms are manifested by the functioning of the part of the brain that controls and responds to the terrifying events around them.  While this part of the brain is not functioning despite a direct fearful event, the sensation of a frightening event occurring in the surrounding environment is created in a part called REM (Rapid Eye Movement) of sleep.  (In the sleepy part of sleep where the eye is seen moving at a circular rate, that part is called REM sleep.)
These symptoms appear due to the obstruction of the natural rhythm of the waking and sleeping state, causing sleeplessness like paralysis.

Experience of sleep paralysis:-

I have had this experience not once but since childhood. People say that this happens when you take stress or think something like that.  But when it started happening to me, I didn’t know what it was that made me.  I had nothing to do with stress because I was small then.

I still remember whenever I had a bad dream, my body would suddenly wake up.  But I knew that my eyes could not open.  I tried to make my mother feel that someone would come and pick me up.  The body was silent like a corpse on the arms and legs.  Because of a nightmare, it seems that maybe someone has kept me under control.  I used to cry what would happen now but my eyes did not come out.  Beats used to be fast and nervous, would I always be like this?

But I woke up 3–5 minutes later.  He who feels happy is fighting to live in his life, I will rise up myself.  He knows that no one can pick him up.  Whenever I would get up and go to my mother and cling to her that I am happy with her, but yesterday, I would tell everyone that this happened to me, then no one believes me, my mother says that you watch movies.  .

But I slowly got used to this thing.  Sometimes it used to happen that my eyes started coming again in the same state.  Fear never subsided.  I used to speak Hanuman Chalisa in my mind, but there is no effect, in that case I considered myself to be the worst loser, now no one can help me.  Sometimes I get this, so I try to open my mouth.  Every price I put my strength that I will rise.  Or sometimes I go to sleep ignoring it or sometimes I am very afraid that I might not wake up at all.  I also talked to the doctor but he ignores the fact that it will not happen or that I will not do it.

But the more I experienced it myself, it shows me to pay attention to our more thinking, ghostly things.  Being anxious for everything, always thinking wrongly that it will not happen to me or will be wrong with me whenever it happens. There is no desire to live.  So think of all that surrounds us in a moment which is called sleep paralysis but sometimes it happens to us without any reason.  But I would like to say that you should be happy to win and good to see mistakes that are around us.  Because we cannot cure it with any medicine, we can fix it by ourselves by being happy.  And I would request everyone that if someone tells you the same thing happens to him at night.

So please do not ignore this thing.  Because the smile that man passes through at night only he knows.  Because he either has a concern behind it or he takes things to heart.
